The Bakehouse Frittata
hearty | protein-packed | effortless
There is something deeply satisfying about a seasoned cast iron skillet sizzling on the stovetop. This isn't your average brunch; it’s a rustic, protein-packed staple that brings the best of the Idaho wild to the table. The velvet texture of the duck eggs pairs beautifully with the lean, earthy flavor of elk, creating a dish that is as impressive to serve as it is simple to prep.
