Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for supporting our small business! 

Shipping will be flat rate of $5.00 for online and in-store display items.

Made to order items: All jewelry is made to order and shipped 7-10 business days after your order is placed

I am a self made artist and work this business with my husband, I make everything from the bezels to jump rings to stamping every box! Life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. I do try my best to get orders out within 4-5 days though!

All Turquoise and silversmithing items are made to order and could take 2-4 weeks.

Due to the nature of handmade items, please know that each piece is unique. If your item arrives to you damaged, misspelled, or the wrong size, I am happy to discuss options to correct the error. This could be an exchange, replacement, or shop credit. Please contact me within 14 days with photos and description of the error. If items are NOT damaged or incorrect, I do not typically offer an exchange, but am happy to review on a case by case basis. Please understand that each piece is handmade, and not meant to be “perfect”.
