The Components

The Frozen Base:

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Frozen Acai Berry Bites

  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup Milk

  • 1 tbsp Nesquik (Chocolate)

  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. The Base Blend: In your Ninja Nutri-Plus, add the milk, Nesquik, and peanut butter first. Top with the frozen banana, strawberries, and Pitaya Foods acai bites. Pulse a few times to break up the frozen fruit, then blend on high until smooth.

  2. The Texture: Blend on low, using a tamper to push the frozen fruit into the blades. Aim for a thick, soft-serve consistency. Add milk only if strictly necessary to keep it sturdy.

  3. The Build: Scoop into a chilled bowl and smooth the surface.
