The Components
The Frozen Base:
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup Pitaya Foods Frozen Acai Berry Bites
1/2 – 3/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Nesquik (Chocolate)
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
The Toppings:
2 tbsp Honey (drizzled)
1/2 Fresh Banana (sliced)
1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
The Base Blend: In your Ninja Nutri-Plus, add the milk, Nesquik, and peanut butter first. Top with the frozen banana, strawberries, and Pitaya Foods acai bites. Pulse a few times to break up the frozen fruit, then blend on high until smooth.
The Texture: Blend on low, using a tamper to push the frozen fruit into the blades. Aim for a thick, soft-serve consistency. Add milk only if strictly necessary to keep it sturdy.
The Build: Scoop into a chilled bowl and smooth the surface.
The Crown: Layer your Bear Naked Granola on one side. Arrange fresh banana slices, strawberry halves, and blueberries in neat rows.
